Michelle Monteferrante, Vice President - Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Michelle Monteferrante oversees the operation of World Market Center’s 5.1 million square foot campus and is actively involved in all aspects of market operations. This includes planning, logistics and implementation of all operations related to the diverse scheduled shows and events at World Market Center.

Monteferrante works in concert with the remaining senior management team on overseeing the launch and operations of new events and industry segments. She also oversees the security, facilities, shipping and receiving, tenant affairs, and special event divisions at World Market Center. Monteferrante comes to World Market Center Las Vegas from Freeman, where she most recently served as National Sales Manager Las Vegas, in charge of several top trade shows and national events. Freeman is one of the largest general services contractors to the trade show industry, specializing in producing large scale expositions and conventions. Her industry background also includes management positions with the Sands Expo Center, Hotel Nikko and Sheraton Hotels.

A graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Monteferrante is a member of the International Association of Exhibition and Events and has completed her designation as CEM, a certification of exposition management and is currently completing her dual designation for BOMI (Building Owners Management Institute). Monteferrante has also been named in the “Power Pack” of trade show organizers by Trade Show Week Magazine.
